These trucks are the kitchens.  They supply us with good, nourishing food every morning and evening.  Box lunches are served at the lunch stop.

The food serving area is adjacent to the kitchens.  Multiple "lines" (one vegetarian) run through this area to speed up service.

Hot and cold beverages and condiments are available at the beverage bar next to the serving tent.

The dining tents contain long rows of tables.  You just look around for an empty spot.

The dining tents can also be a shady place to relax outside of meal times.

The beer garden becomes a popular hangout after the riders get in.
