Matt's Additional List

Introduction
This list includes everything we have brought on the last few Cycle Oregon
tours. It all fits neatly into backpacks, which we can retrieve easily
from the truck after the day’s ride and deliver back to the truck
in the morning. We pack minimally, because the very last thing we want
to do on a bike trip is take care of a lot of "stuff." The conveniences
of home can become encumbrances on tour!
Interestingly, the Clothing category contains much more than we took
on our cross-continent, self-contained tour a few years ago. One caveat
here: having fewer than seven outfits means you have to do laundry at
least once on Cycle Oregon. Not a problem. You’ll find buckets,
hose, and laundry soap near the showers every day. They really do think
of everything!
[Editor's note: While Susan and Matt use backpacks this list could easily
be adapted to duffel bags if needed.]
